The Itinerary

Services

  • Friday: 7:00pm - 8:45pm

  • Saturday Morning: 10:00am - 11:45pm

  • Saturday Evening: 6:30 - 9:30pm

Saturday afternoons are open for your group to spend it any way that brings your group together.
Often groups find ways to serve throughout the city, spend time relaxing with their leaders, or join other groups for fun activities!

On Sunday morning we encourage your group to attend your church's normal worship service and share about the experience.

Lodging & Transportation

We understand that every church has a unique set of circumstances and opinions concerning Covid -19 response. Therefore, the use of host homes and lodging will be completely at the discretion and responsibility of each individual church.

Transportation to and from events is the responsibility of each church.

Small Groups

We encourage each church to recruit leaders who can lead and guide the students over the weekend.
We feel that this is the most vital part of the weekend and we provide small group material for this discussion that is available in a digital format before the weekend.

Cost

Cost: $60 (by Jan. 30) & $70 (after Jan. 30)

Price includes the cost of the 3 sessions, small group material, and a shirt for each participant.
Both Students and Leaders will need to be included in this count for registration.

*shirt sizes are all adult sizes

Refund Policy

In the event that The Mix 2025 is canceled due to a state-issued “State of Emergency”, we will refund any registrations received. Refunds will not be issued if a church decides to not attend, due to increased concerns of “weather” or “health-related” factors. Refunds Policy
